Had a lovely meal here. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Atmosphere was very quiet and empty to start, but as time went on, the restaurant got busier with a nicer atmosphere. Food was very tasty and well presented with good portions, too.
We had a large table with kids. They set us upstairs and it was ideal for lunch, very accommodating and the staff were attentive and incredibly polite. Food was good, fresh, quick and hot. Cannot complain.
Only 4 stars, because the service wasn’t great and they tipped themselves without asking. But the food was good!
Went for a meal approximately a week ago. I have a few food intolerance, not actual allergies but their service towards me was exemplary. They take Allergies very seriously and nothing is too much bother. The manageress took the time and went through the menu with me. I went with my husband who can
Great Italian restaurant that emits a warm cosy vibe when you dine in. Great service. Comfort food and carbo loading, perfect for this cold season. 😊 The lady was kind enough to seat us right away, checked for any allergies and got us our drinks as we decided what to get. They take card payments b
We went for lunch today and the food was amazing! My husband had the pork belly and I had the creamy truffle pizza. Really nice good and we were given free crisps while waiting for our food. Waitress was nice and helpful.
Definitely one of the best Zizi restaurant I've been. The classic menu cooked fresh in an open kitchen with the traditional wooden oven flaming at the background. The staff was friendly and fast doing their best the keep everyone happy and always ready if one needs something. The food is very good,
Stopped here for dinner on Easter Saturday. Zizzi has a much better menu than many of the other high street chains (e.g. Ask, Pizza Express etc) and their food seems consistently good. Especially the deserts... Staff here were super friendly and cheerful. Restaurant has lots of seating upstairs and
Usual menu for this chain which was good when it arrived. The staff were somewhat overwhelmed by the number of customers for a mid-week early evening and it took twenty five minutes to take our initial order.
Love this place, the food is excellent and the staff are so lovely and friendly. It does get busy, but go at the right time and you'll get a super friendly, chilled out meal :)
I visited on a sunny day with my family. We had friendly, speedy service and sat in a booth at the front with views of the street. I had the vegan margarita rustica and added chillies and the meatless meatballs. It was really good. Unfortunately, Zizzi have removed a large amount of their vegan dis
Mains were fine but sold out of most desserts which was a shame. The building is an old theatre so the setting is lovely.
We were visiting Chichester and went for a Zizzi pizza lunch. We were really impressed with the attentive team who were great in making us feel welcome. We had a lovely meal, the quality of both the starters and mains were very enjoyable. 🍕😁👍
