Lovely meal and friendly service staff. Exceptionally busy, which apparently it is every day. Really recommend booking. Very good food at sensible prices, we'll be back (having remembered to book of course)

What an absolutely gorgeous pub with great food. We ended our 10k hike here and wanted a refreshment and to grab a bite. Really fantastic food & service. Fish pie was honestly the best we have had in a very long time & the Ginger pudding light & melt in the mouth. Lovely comfortable & welcoming location. Could not recommend higher.
The food and service was outstanding. my wife had the huge pot of mussels and I had the cod, nicely cooked excellent batter. followed by the large portion of sticky toffee pudding. I would highly recommend The Bulls Head. nice to see the the classics on the menu. Looking forward to our next visit.
Visited here twice in the last 4 weeks on both occasions we hadn't booked, although the pub was very busy the staff went out of there way to accommodate us and found us a table, the service is friendly warm and welcoming, the food is excellent and fairly priced and a good range of drinks are availab
Had lunch here. Excellent fish pie, full of fish, excellent, topped off with mash and grilled cheese, washed down with a great pint of London Pride. Nothing not to like. Will go back next time in the area.
