Plenty of parking for all guests, the grand marquee is absolutely huge and perfect for large events / weddings. Capacity upto 1000 people. When decorated and lights on its beautiful. Not allowed to do fireworks and confetti can only be thrown within the marquee. Staff are very accommodating. Only downsides include: The heating system struggles with cold winter days and the p.a system is not loud enough for the size of the venue. Its ok for background music. But we were struggling to get the crowds attention for announcements and speeches

The venue was perfect, set up exactly how we wanted it. Viom was on point with everything! He shared his own suggestions and use ours to put together my event. He did not disappoint! It was a pleasure!

It was ok. Once people started attending the place began to warm up a bit. There a heaters at the edges of the marquet. I loved the decorated tables. I didn't move from my table therefore i cannot say how the toilet area was. I was told it look lovely from others who went.

Beautiful location with great facilities and plenty of parking. I see why many people use this as a wedding venue and the staff are very supportive as well!

I attended a family wedding here. The decor was amazing. Felt a little like narnia walking into the marquee as it feels so much bigger inside. Overall, it was an amazing venue to hold a beautiful wedding.

We had our wedding in the mini marquee and the team at Chigwell hall and the marquee were amazing. We made multiple visits to the venue before the day and brought vendors to coordinate things and Viom and Kate were always helpful, always accommodating. We had our ceremony in the Banqueting hall and the reception in the mini marquee. Everything that we agreed was provided on the day and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. It’s also well priced and given the competitive nature of the market, its great value.

Attended a wedding here at night. Lucky enough for it not to be raining as we had to park in a field and walk to the marquee which was easier said then done. Okay on arrival as there was plenty of light in the sky and had someone telling you where to go but when it was time to leave no one helping you get out to your car in pitch black darkness let alone get off the field in your car. As for the marquee itself was an absolute joy and good experience. Everything was set out in an extravagant way to make this day feel special. The food as well was 👌👌defo would recommend this venue to anyone looking to hold a wedding or party this side of the country, you will not be disappointed. Overall this venue deserves all the good reviews it receives as it doesn’t disappoint

Absolutely amazing. The venue is beautiful, spacious and very green. Parking was so easy and staff made the whole experience very pleasant. This is the second event my family hosted in the mega marquee, as we had such a great experience first time. Viom and team helped us along the way, he was so patient in answering all our questions and addressing any concerns. He was on hand on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend Chigwell marquee and Viom

This venue has it all, competitively priced, beautiful outdoors, vendor flexibility, blank canvas marquees, parking, bridal suite and amazing staff. Thank-you Viom and the team for all your work before and during my wedding.

I went to a wedding there as a guest. There was plenty of parking (on the turf), but there was a queue. I'm not sure why. Toilets (situated outside the marquee in another building) were basic looking but clean. The wedding seemed to go smoothly. There were heaters on in the marquee (although it was not cold outside), and there were high chairs available for young children. The marquee itself was very large and high, so felt quite spacious compared to often being squashed in an indoor hall.

Nice area and venue. Need to make some improvements in the ventilation area. It was really hot inside the Marquee, and nobody around to do anything about it. It was so hot inside that it could turn into health hazards through heat exhaustion.

Dear Viom, Kate, Allison and the rest of the Chigwell Marquee team, We hired the mini marquee for my sister's wedding in late October and I can say hands down it was the BEST decision we made to use your venue. You guys were the first and only venue we contacted and the hospitality of the team was mind blowing. The venue itself is stunning with the addition of the secret garden, the duck pond, the grade II listed building and the grounds. We twice had a tour of the venue and you answered all our questions and reassured us that the day would go as planned regardless of the autumn weather. Your relaxed nature with a "anything is possible" attitude was reassuring from the get-go. And a special mention for Vion who was available for contact at anytime of day including the event day was just brilliant. My sister was able to have her dream wedding and that's all down to you guys. Thank you once again.

The Chigwell Marquees is a truly wonderful venue and comes with a very personal touch from Kate and Viom; they’ve both been fabulous in communicating with us. They are one of few venues to hold venues provisionally before viewing which takes immense stress from prospective couples/clients! Thanks for you support and well wishes
