I visited the branch yesterday to sort out few things and Hussain Ahmed was amazing ! He took all the time to help me and fix the problems .He is friendly and a pleasant person to deal with .

This is THE one stop for HSBC, Tamanna and company went all the way in helping me getting sorted even though its student season, it can be crowded and you might have to wait but they certainly are helpful. Thanks again to the staff on this branch, definitely made a different impact after trying several times at the Bishop branch.

Went in this morning to get a transfer sorted and the staff at the branch were lovely to deal with. Special shoutout to Martin who took me through the whole process in a diligent and efficient manner. I don't come into branches often, so it was great to have such a pleasant experience.

Went in with my daughter to order her a new card. Place filled with UCL students opening accounts. Helped with the utmost politeness and efficiency by Rabz despite the queue and the number of people. Whole branch staff very helpful.

I don’t usually write reviews but this one is well deserved. Last week I visited Kings Cross HSBC for some help, the help we got was out of this world and ever seen. So this one goes out to Rabz! Thank you for being so patient and professional and understanding what my & my family needs were, breaking down everything and making sure we understood everything was crucial and thanks to you we did. Your kindness and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten, even when it got busy and no one was around to help you. You asked if it was okay to see what the other customers needs were in such a professional manner. We honestly need more people like yourself, me and my family are thankful to meet such a wonderful person. Keep up the amazing work, we definitely will be back at this branch to see Rabz again. 1000% recommend this branch.

They are a digital service branch (No Tellers) & they don’t exchange the old notes there, but if you want with HSBC you can pay in the old 20’s & 50’s using your card or you may need to visit a larger local branch if you bank with them they will change it or pay it into your account. If you also want cash over £1000 you have to visit the larger branches!
