My go to restaurant when I want to entertain my children with a culinary display and good food. Great fun, great atmosphere. Definitely stick around for the flaming ice cream!

A little expensive, but you get a fantastic experience at the chefs table. The food was excellent, service was first class and friendly. It's an original theme and quite different.

Absolutely loved our meal here. The quality of the food was extremely good. The chef was fantastic, using all his 30 years experience to cook amazing food on the hotplate in front of us. The teriyaki sauce he used on the chicken was just perfect. He had spent 8 hours preparing it from scratch and you really could tell.
We had a very memorable evening and will definitely be going back

Not cheap but you get what you pay for, service was excellent, atmosphere was amazing and food was great.
We ordered from the set menu and just shared everything but there is an a la carte menu as well.
Great place for special occasion, we were there for sister in laws birthday and she loved it.

This is the best Japanese restaurant for miles. If you love or you have never experienced Japanese cuisine you have to come here. Staff are excellent, food is fairly priced and delicious. Book with confidence. We will return many times for the foreseeable future.

Phenomenal. Booked for my twins 18th. We were all very late due to weather conditions and they had a booking after us but they went out of their way to make it work for us. Before I went I read the reviews and the mention of the lady owner being rude. I have to say we absolutely experienced the exact opposite. Her and all of her staff were tremendous. The Chef was fantastic and made the whole meal and experience. We also loved the food. There was. something for everyone on the 4 different set menus. I absolutely will be going back! Thank you for making it so memorable.

We travelled down from Wakefield to visit Hokkaido as it was out favourite restaurant before they moved. Food was just as good as we remembered and the hospitality was second to non. Can see you making it an annual visit. Thank you Ching and staff

Excellent food and friendly staff.
A dining experience and excellent culinary skills. The lamb was quite simply the best I've ever had. Melt in the mouth.
Constructive feedback would be to enhance the non alcoholic drinks options. Even a 0% beer would be a great start.
