We had a lovely time at Red Lion. It is a dog friendly place, even though you don’t have your own dog, this allows for a great atmosphere. They serve local beers as well as your classics. We just popped in after a walk and just ordered Guinness and a fizzy drink. This pup is nice. Summer time you can enjoy the garden and winter around the fireplace.

Quick visit, were made to feel welcome, great selection of beers on tap, and lovely pizza from the food truck that was there that afternoon. Fully recommend!

Beautifully renovated old pub, and excellent selection of beers. Service was very friendly too. They don’t serve food but they have food trucks come by occasionally.
Went to the Red Lion to meet my son had a lovely time a warm evening so sat outside lovely beer garden and topped off with very nice drywhite wine will definitely go again 😊
