I HAVE A UNBELIEVABLE STORY, THAT IS 100% ACCURATE! I cannot believe that this happens nowadays. So last night after having along day at work, I decided to go to Baskin Robbins, because usually Ice cream makes a person feel better. Little did I know I was going to come across this extremely rude associate by the name of Andrew. It was 9:55 p.m. when I walked in the Ice Cream Shop. As I walked in I told the Associate, Andrew, that the business lights are off and it was pretty hard to find the location. His immediate response was "Maybe you should get your eyes checked!" no giggle or laugh, just a straight face. I then figured he was having a bad day, so I proceeded to order my Ice cream Sandwich. As I was eating my Ice Cream Sandwich, I saw a sign at the door that read: "Download the Basking Robbins App and receive a free scoop." I then proceeded to download the app. As I was sitting down waiting for the app to download, so I could take advantage of the offer, Andrew ordered me to leave. I explained that I was downloading the app and enjoying my Ice cream sandwich I had paid for. He said that if I didn't leave right away, he was going to call the cops on me. I told him that I would leave as soon as I was done with the installation of the app. The time now at this point is 10:02; keep in mind that is two minutes pass closing even though I was already in the store before 10:00. He then got on the phone and called the Chino Police Dept. Shortly after 2 police cars show up. As soon as I explained that I was a paying customer and that I know my rights, they eased up and told me that "everyone is allowed to have a bad day." I did not go into this shop expecting to get the cops called over some Ice cream. Now, to make matters worst I called this morning requesting to speak to the Manager. I spoke to Johnny (who claimed to be the manager) to inform him that one of his employees, Andrew, was extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. "Johnny" chuckled and said, "Okay, I will tell him not to do it again." I am appalled by this response. I honestly believe that people that do not have people skills or don't enjoy working with the public, should look for employment where they don't have to deal with people. This is how businesses lose customers, and I will for sure not be going back to this establishment. I work at the Law Offices of Phillip Myer and i know my rights as an individual this will not tolerated. Picture of Employee on the phone with the police:

Very nice Mom and Pop store. They run their own store. It has a few table to sit and enjoy your ice cream. I ordered Black Walnut in a waffle cup both were very delicious. I had a problem with it being a little warm inside and I wasn't offered my receipt. Because your receipt has discounts on next visit item and free items. I noticed they would keep them on the side in a box.

I’ve been a regular Baskin Robbins customer for years. Pretty disappointed to see an establishment like this charge so much for ice cream. Today my girlfriend and I went in to get a double scoop (almost $6 at this place!)...I understand that it’s a business and it has to be profitable, but this place is charging too much. On top of that, the double scoop we both ordered, Both scoops COMBINED didn’t even make it level with the top of the bowl. We even asked to make sure it was a double scoop. They went back and dropped a little spoon full on. I was just pretty disappointed to spend $12 on ice cream and not even get that much. I understand buying quality, but it was ridiculous. No picture to show but looking back I sure wish I could have showed everyone what we bought for $12, and surely I wouldn’t stand alone in being disappointed

I totally forgot to order my husband's favorite cake until the night before his birthday and I thought there was no way I would be able to get it time, but sure enough, Baskin Robbins Chino made it happen. I called them at 5:00 Monday night and at 3:00 Tuesday afternoon, his cake was ready. We ordered the fudge round with white cake and cookies and cream ice cream. I had some of the pickiest eaters and they ALL said it was the best cake they had EVER tasted. My husband was so upset with me because I gave some away to our guests and he said he had never tasted a better cake and could not believe I would give away his BIRTHDAY CAKE LOL, but it really was AWESOME.and the service at this location was incredible and made it so easy for me to make everybody happy. Thank you Baskin Robbins, and I am sure I will see you soon...my husband says I owe him one...LOL

Fast Service, 31 Flavors, Usually Not Busy. Located next to Chipotle. Only gripe is the Prices...Paid $6 for 2 scoops...Ouch. You can buy a Frozen Pint of Icecream at any Thrifty's or Grocery store for that Price. You would think that a place that sells so much Ice cream could give it's customers a break in price.

I forgot to order a custom ice cream cake for my daughter. I called at least 7 other Baskin-Robbins locations around me, and they all refused to help me out, since the normal policy is to place your order at least 24 hours in advance. It was 7pm, and I needed the cake by 11am the following day. I called this location, and Andrew was super cool. I texted him a photo of what I needed, and he took care of it. I picked it up the next morning and it looked great! They really got me out of a bind, especially with my wife...
