Such a cute pub! Charmingly old and it's obvious that the renovation was done with love, paying a LOT of attention to detail.
Service was brilliant, we arrived quite close to kitchen closing but they still accommodated us, which I appreciate.

Came here on a first date. Fabulous food and service. We got a roast and it was really tasty. Disappointed we couldn't eat out in the garden, but inside was nice and cool with a breeze.

Went on a Tuesday night and there were quite a few already in... Always a good sign. This was my second visit and I didn't think the pie could be that gold twice in a row... It was. Proper hand made pie served on sweet potato and some other veg, which I really should remember... But the PIE!!! Wow!
