A Costa is never going to get 5 stars from me, but this one came close. The furniture was clean and new, lots of space. Friendly staff.

The sign just says Drive Thru but there’s a sit-in cafe here too. Ultra modern of the now-ubiquitous type. There’s a KFC bnn xx door. Convenient coffee stop for Lacock Abbey en-route from the M4.

The coffees and cakes my husband, Foster daughter and I had were delicious as always but it was busy and service was very slow. The tables weren't cleared and when they were they didn't get wiped unless you specifically asked...ours had lumps of porridge and toast on it! Not the normal standards I must say.

Really good visit this evening. Clean cafe, friendly staff, helpful advice on the different options when trying a different drink.
Rupert and Connor were professional and efficient, and always seemed to be keeping busy and keeping the cafe 'tip top'. Great customer focus, well done!
