I came here in the morning and the young woman who served me was amazing. She was so nice and chatted to me whilst I waited for my drink. I love Costa but I was very disappointed with the almond croissants the last time. I had the first bite and realised it was stale. The lady exchanged them after my request but I think this should be improved, maybe you can warm them up before serving.

Lovely staff in well looked after store. Very attentive to all customer needs and go above and beyond to assist. Team always deployed effectively during busier times ensuring there are clean tables, quick service, great coffee and a friendly visit.

Great coffee and Okay staff, does get very busy especially at the weekend, stays open late though, unlike Nero's over the road which shuts at 5.30pm.I think Costa shuts at 6.00pm or even 7.00pm on some nights. So don't worry about them closing.

Very much a social hub these days. Good atmosphere and friendly staff plus good range of coffees. Cakes and pastries need to be much cheaper given their size.

As a older person and on my own some time don't feel comfortable in some places but the Costa in chistlehurs I feel comfortable just To sit even just for a coffee the staff so friendly and helpful
