Had a great meal tonight, excellent food and service. The staff are lovely especially the new manager Jeni . Highly recommend
The food, service and atmosphere are excellent. We showed up without a booking hoping we could get a table (it was a last minute decision to visit) and luckily with a short wait we were seated. The staff couldn't have done enough for us and ensured our table was suitable for a high chair for our 8 month old. We'll definitely be visiting again. The Holdings x

Very happily surprised to find the pub reopened bought a pint immediately, prices are below average, suntrap still working and still a good people watching area. Food available in a couple of months. Ace

It's a lovely place to visit for a quiet canal side stroll,the weather was very kind to us,we were going to have a drink at the Top Lock pub,but it wasn't open,don't know if they are still doing refurbishments,but the lights were on inside,perhaps we just landed at the wrong time....but an enjoyable afternoon non the less
Great place for a pint, sitting watching the boats pass is brilliant, shame it isn't doing food ....but covid hurt this great bar.

Good selection of beers and ciders. Friendly barman. Right next to the canal, peaceful location.
