Ordered for delivery food Was high quality fried items where definitely cooked in fresh oil sauce was not just flavoured sugar water portion size could be a bit bigger finished £60 meal with 3 people and still had space to eat desert but overall a good takeaway
We have used this as our local Chinese takeaway for the last 6 years and we would not go anywhere else. We absolutely love the food! It is well seasoned, very generous and very reasonably priced compared to other Chinese takeaways. The quality of food is amazing with some of our absolute favourites

Absolutely delightful service and delicious food. You can call ahead and pick up, or, as we did, just turn up. We have no hesitation in recommending the Golden House. It’s not trying to be fancy, but it’s blooming good.
They have the best Singapore noodles, BBQ pork and vegetarian spring rolls. Service can be slow, but this is a family business, I think it’s important to support them. Reasonable price.

Great selection of Oriental dishes, popular chinese ones, chicken, beef, duck, pork, vegetable and seafood, thai dishes, chop suey, omelettes, noodles and rice... delicious and fairly priced... take-away didn't take long in delivery and the portions where good too! Would repeat again and recommend!
