Lovely place Food was amazing The Hunters Chicken Burger was great My wife has a stake which was equally delicious. Service was good Hard to say about atmosphere, it was relatively quiet when we were there but felt like a nice place. Highly recommend for food.

What a wonderful place. Warm, friendly staff. The food was amazing! Best steak I have had and the mushrooms were to die for!! Great value for money. Would recommend booking so you are not disappointed. We will definitely be back!

This place is a hidden gem if you want a steak, you can choose from rib eye, sirloin rump & fillet also flat iron steak, it's cooked to your liking. Such a choice with sides & sauces too! Starter garlic mushrooms are so good Best ever steak eaten, the chips & onion rings are excellent too👌 I would have given a 5 for service & I would especially the waitress who served us first & attentive bar lady, but whilst waiting to pay for the bill at the bar another customer came to pay literally went passed us basically jumped the queue & a young waitresses came by & ignored us & went to serve the other customer before us, it was the bar lady who said that we'd been waiting to pay & she should attend to us first, quite rude really as the young waitress knew we were waiting to pay, but other than that excellent, celebration daughters graduation master's degree!

The Station Inn in Church Stretton is an absolute gem. The menu is focused on steak, and boy, do they do it well. The meat is cooked to perfection, with a juicy and tender texture that practically melts in your mouth. I ordered a Rib Eye medium rare and it was as soft like butter. The other order was a steak burger and it vanished but left them full and very happy. The sides are pretty delicious too, our chips and coleslaw was great. To top it all off, the service at The Station Inn was exceptional too.

Absolutely amazing!! Such delicious food and brilliant quality for money. We went on the Friday and it was their steak night. I am not a big steak eater but still found something on the menu I enjoyed! Such a cute little pub and brilliant that it is on the lodge site.

Absolutely the best! Seriously great food (as you can see from my photos) and excellent service. We went on Butcher's night which is every Friday night; you pick the piece of meat and the size you want and they cook it for you, just how want it. Honestly the best steak I've ever had; I had flat iron steak and it was really tender and delicious. Yep we love this place! See my full review over at A Glug of Oil dot com

We came here for food whilst staying at mountain edge, the staff were lovely and the food was out of this world. The starters were stunning and big portions too and our flat iron steak was cooked to pure perfection. Can't wait to visit again.

Lovely stop off on our way home. The steak was amazing, and I'm fussy! Gorgeous chips, everything was just perfect. Both waiting staff were lovely. Teddy was made very welcome. This will definitely become a regular stop-off.

Lovely place set in beautiful surroundings and close to many a good walk/hike. The staff (especially Adrian I think his name was) was very attentive and looked after us for both nights. The food was absolutely amazing, and that's no exaggeration! Officially the best fillet we've ever had! They host a steak night on a Friday and should not be missed....we will definitely be back.

Steak was cooked to perfection, pork Chop needed Fat crisping up, but otherwise absolutely delicious. Mushroom sauce was Devine. Highly recommend.

This pub is amazing and it is situated in a quaint area with a few houses near. The food is amazing, by far the best sausage and mash I have ever had, I would defiantly recommend opting for it, along with the vegetable lasagne. I’m not usually a dessert person but the summer fruits roulade was amazing! Also the brownie and sticky toffee pudding were very good too. The service was fast and attentive and the decor of the pub is a light and spacious place to eat in. Would defiantly come here again, and would defiantly recommend coming here to eat. Clean plates all round!

Could not rate this place high enough, the staff are helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming... the food is amazing i cant remember the last time i savoured every single bite. We will definitely be returning, they say you get what you pay for bare in mind this isnt a wetherspoons type place so quality service and food costs extra but its very worth it... final thought "An amazing hidden gem"

You need to book here, its very popular. Great food, friendly atmosphere & staff. You can also book a stay here. They have mega pods that sleeps 2 adults 2 children. Or log cabins that sleeps 4 adults comfortably. All have there own hot tub 😋👍

Me and my partner came here yesterday for some food and drinks and the service and staff were absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend this place for a date night. Will definitely becoming back
