We've attended two birthday parties here in the last month and we've had a great time. The staff are friendly and know how to have a laugh as well as the landlady that has some patience when we were heavily intoxicated. 😂
Drink prices are fair and we've had two memorable nights here.

Went for an event night, nice little pub great for families.
Lovely atmosphere and great place to bring thr kids . Beautiful period pub with a plethora of animals including alpacas and goats to name a few. Definitely be visiting again.

Chang of management a couple of months back in my opinion for the better.
Drinks reasonable, but not Witherspoon's prices, it would be nice if they were slightly cheaper but then you would end up with the Witherspoon's type clientele.

A nice pub with a good atmosphere. Welcoming and enjoyable plus they reserved a table for us to watch the rugby today which I thought showed great customer service. They take cards which is a big plus and they have a car park.
Just a shame they don't do food every night. lots of potential so I hope it gets better

Great pub grub, good menu but simple, nice choice and the quality was fantastic. Very reasonable priced too.
Very good food and drink and very good value for money . Just like a pub should be, will be going back to try the Sunday lunch .
