What a pub!
The staff are very friendly and always greet you with s smile.
The whole place (in & out) is immaculate and you can tell it is well looked after.
We ordered the burgers and they Did not dissapoint, once of the best burger meals we've had and the chips were amazing!

Delicious jacket potato with coronation chicken. Just how I like them crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Lovely helpful staff.
We went there 2 years ago for a firework event, which was amazing, parked at the village hall down the road and walked down to the pub, reasonably priced drinks and what an atmosphere!!! Would definitely pop in during the day or if they have another event 👍🏼
The nicest staff I have ever met, Hannah is so lovely. The food completely blew my expectations. honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a pub 10 out of 10 from me. I can not wait to come back.
Have just eaten from the new Spring Menu. Brisket burger was very tasty. Chicken Burger was delicious. All round great homecooked food. Definitely worth a visit.

Visited Clavering today for their open garden day and parked at the fox and hounds car park. The landlady was lovely and made us some coffees and let us use the loo even though she wasn't really open yet. We went back after visiting the gardens and had a delicious ploughman's and a burger lunch, a
Had great meal for our Anniversary , Great service . Steak and Ale pie for me , Vegetarian Risotto for the wife ,Burger for the boy. and a nice range sweets to follow. Also noticed a large range of Pizza ava . Nice pint of Ghost ship .. Would recommend this for a meal at any time. friendly village
Had a take away roast delivered with associated gets. It came a long way from Clavering to Jetparks. Have to say it was such a treat on a cold day! Wonderful.
