Had a cheese and onion baguette and a tuna on white bread sandwich.
Fillings were plentiful and the bread was fresh.
Side salad was crisp and coleslaw was tasty with added pasta which was different and quite nice.
Nearly £8 for a tuna with red onion sandwich cut into four triangles with some lettuce, a cherry tomato cut in half, a couple of black olives and a sprinkle of sweetcorn on the side seems steep but also seems to be the norm these days.
What we didn't try were the cakes which did look very nice and freshly made.
Also avoided the cans of pop at £2.30 a can which I think is the most expensive I've seen around.
Blend Cafe Bar is a little hidden gem with a lovely atmosphere, happy staff and an attentive owner.
If we're in the area again we'll definitely go back and sample the cakes.

Brought my little one here a few months ago and have to say we were very well looked after. We had to sit outside at first due to how full it was but as soon as a table came free inside they offered to move us which we happily accepted. The food was good quality (and the kid's cheese sandwich is *massive*) and any left-overs they had no problems bagging it up for you. This place will definitely be my go-to whenever we're in Cleckheaton on a weekend.

Called to Blend Cafe today and had a really lovely lunch. There were no tables free when we got here but we were looked after very well until one came along.
There were plenty of staff in attendance and all were friendly and helpful.
We had jacket potato with tuna mayonnaise and when we asked for sweetcorn to be added this was no problem, I had tuna mayo baguette and it was lovely with a very nice side salad/garnish.
Lovely caramel honeycomb ice cream and good coffee with soya milk
Decent prices, nice atmosphere, excellent staff, clean establishment, I’d definitely come back again.

We wanted a special picnic afternoon tea for twelve people to take to the seaside to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday on New Year’s Eve. In spite of the date Blend were very happy to oblige and produced an excellent feast for us: a variety of sandwiches and many other savouries, scones, cakes, macaroons etc. it was fabulous….. I only wish the weather was too! 🌧💨❄️

Good food. Great service. Only criticism is that it's a bit pricey for somewhere like Cleckheaton. If it was Leeds, then fair enough. I'd still consider going there again though.

This place is always busy, which tells you something in itself and they have a good menu with tasty, well presented food. Great place to pop-in for a catch-up with friends or for a light lunch.

Walking nearby and stopped here for coffee and cake today All of the homemade cakes looked delicious. I went for Almond and Orange cake which had beautiful texture, taste and very fresh (I spoke to the person who bakes all their cakes on the premises) Best cake I've had in ages. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We'll worth a visit.

Such a lovely place. The food was plentiful and tastey, it was all presented beautifully on the plate too! !! The staff were all kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them either.
I took my 94 year old Father for his Birthday, After our Lunch of tasty sandwiches with a lovely side salad and lovely .we decided to Share a piece of Chocolate cake as the pieces were SO big! They even put a candle in it for my Dad and played a "Happy Birthday" song.
We definitely will be returning in the very near future my Dad's care home is 2 minutes away.
I highly recommend a visit to the "Blend Cafe Bar". It certainly won't Dissapoint.

First time visiting and wasn't disappointed. Lovely atmosphere, very welcoming, best hazelnut latte I've ever had and the cake I had was heavenly. Decor really cosy and warm,staff very friendly and supporting of customers. I've booked on to an event they're holding and really looking forward to going to the cafe again. It's somewhere you could go alone if you just fancied some time out. Beautiful place. Totally recommended.

Nice and friendly. Always nice and relaxed that's thank's to the attention shown to you by all the staff at the Blend cafe bar, try the Desperado lager and the great Panini's.
