We are repeat guests. We've host a family party here and attended multiple events. There kids parties are brilliant with today's Halloween party with Jimmy been up there. Last year's breakfast with santa was outstanding and fantastic value. Brad and team do a great job. Thank you so much. To quote t
Excellent service, friendly and efficient staff. Very clean and the food is excellent, great prices. I love the atmosphere and I'm working my way through the super menu which has something for everyone.
Very warm friendly welcome after booking on-line. All staff, from the bar, waitresses, chef were very professional, courteous and positive. We had carvery which was good (not great). Overall, a fab experience
Very good experience, staff all lovely and friendly and provided a great service. Treated myself to a carvery which was greatly priced compared to most other pubs in the area. Food was lovely and fresh, and would certainly say the beef was the best I have ever tasted and cooked to perfection. Megan
The tables were cleaned but a sticky residue was left behind which you could feel when lifting your glass or your arms of the table. The food was as you would expect from a pub grub outlet tasty and ample servings. Polite waiter, although it did feel it took a little longer for the food to arrive. N
Good food, great choice. Kids area could do with an update, maybe a play area but the outdoor part is enough to keep them entertained and plenty of outdoor space for the recent good weather
Decent carvery, good variety of veg. I personally prefer this carvery to others in the area tho certain members of my family have opposing views. Nice play area for little children
After being let down at last minute by another restaurant I booked here and was so grateful you could seat us. Lovely food all fresh and piping hot. Service was great and friendly staff.
We visited for lunch. Service as always friendly, polite, attentive, accurate. Staff willing and able to share knowledge about the menu. We had carvery, drinks and desserts. Good to have a choice of vegetarian options, and to be able to have the Rocky Road Sundae made vegetarian. We'll go again.
Had Sunday lunch at the Bobbin Carrier with my three grown up sons. I had a mixed grill, one son had the cowboy burger with sweet potato fries and the other two chose the carvery. All food arrived at the same time due to excellent organisation by the staff prompting the two carvery diners when to ch
Took my 93 year old mum for lunch and she thoroughly enjoyed it, staff were great and helpful. Food was excellent, it was very quiet, only a couple of tables inside occupied. Would recommend weekdays as not as busy.
Came for a carvery yesterday (Sunday) every thing from the beef to the veg was spot on - such a lovely team and the Manager, who just took the the place over was very welcoming from greeting and sitting us to making sure we enjoyed the meal was so friendly. Highly recommend. Thank you
Staff were great especially scott at the bar he was very welcoming and funny food was a 10/10 and could spend all of my cash just to eat here. Everyones so nice and the interior looks great👍
Great choice of menu and I was in a party of 4 and we all had a different meal, which we all enjoyed. The reason for only 4 stars is because we wanted a coffee to finish our meal and at 20.15 I was told there was no coffee as the machine has been cleaned. That is poor service which would make me dec
the food and pub were really nice the only reason for not a 5 star on food was because i wanted a beef burger but they were all double or triple burgers with crispy bacon, why not have the option for a standard single cheese burger with standard non crispy bacon? the gammon was nice tho
