Used to be a good chippy, now small portions and prices high even for a seaside chippy. Food tasted ok but as a group visit everyone agreed next time there will look for alternative place to eat.

Rode out to Cleethorpes on my bike and this was the nearest chippy to the motorcycle parking. Fast, friendly service. Fresh, great tasting food at a reasonable price.

Yummy chips! Coped with the busy bank holiday queue. Dog friendly inside, small amount of seating, enough on a quiet day.

Had a very short visit to Cleethorpes, a friend said there was a great fish and chips shop close to the train station The first thing I could smell was the amazing aromas coming from there. I wasn't particularly hungry so just asked for a fish cake (which turned out to be home made) and a small chips. Both were amazing. I liked the traditional look of the cafe and the view of the sea front was great. Prices very reasonable. I will be back there in August this year

This restaurant is on the North promenade in Cleethorpes alongside the Railway station, and has good views of the Pier, beach and the Humber estuary. The building is fabulous and dates back to the Victorian era, it may even predate the Pier. The restaurant itself is warm clean and well lit with fixed tables and chairs, there's also some bench style seating outside. The menu is basic, the classic seaside staples, Fish wise a choice of Cod or Haddock. Eat in or takeaway the price is the same. I went for Haddock, chips and peas, a short wait before receiving a good portion of chips and decent mushy peas, the fish wasn't huge but it was really fresh, good quality and cooked perfectly, delicious.(a poor quality piece of fish doesn't get better through cooking or by being large). At just under £6.00 good value. Everything comes on a polystyrene tray with a plastic fork here definitely no frills. If you're looking for a fancy menu and all the frills this place won't suit, however if you want good quality fish and chips served by friendly staff give it a try, I enjoyed my visit, and meal. The Wheelchair access isn't the best but achievable and the ends of the tables are open so could easily accommodate a wheelchair. There's no table service here, however I felt assistance would be given if required. It also has no restrooms of its own however they are some available on the station next door, including disabled facilities.A really good traditional British, family friendly Fish and chip shop. This place gets very busy during the holiday season. They have a 5***** food hygiene rating.

Fast service and nice fresh food. Small fish and chips for £4.25 is a good deal. Skin on the fish was the only thing I didn't like.

As a local ive tried every chip shop in the area is this one is by far outstanding. The fish chips and mushy peas where amazing. The que was out the door but there a was very fast service. I couldn't help but notice that the staff on the fryers kept washing thier hands every time they stepped away from what they were doing. Brilliant.
