Good points: Very nice coffee, excellent food (we've sampled the cheese scones and the soup - both great) and helpful staff.
OK point: The surroundings are clean and tidy, without being particularly attractive.
Not-so-good point: Extremely slow service when it's busy; one front-of-house person doi
Dropped in for coffee en route to and from Sidmouth. Friendly staff and nice cappuccino. Good cake selection.

Lovely cafe and outside seating area in the sun. Garden center is well worth a visit, and it is just inside bus inner circle for Exeter, so inexpensive travel.
