Brilliant pub restaurant. We popped in on a Friday lunchtime, originally just for a drink (and the place was full, which spoke volume).. However, the smell of the food and the menu left is no choice but to order, and glad we did. Excellent quality food. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good c

Really impressed with service and food here. I have previously been once before and the food was excellent then, so I decided to book a table for my birthday meal this weekend. We were a very big group and staff accommodated us very well, all of the food came out together and everyone was impressed
We discovered this gem of a pub when camping nearby. We received great service and were made very welcome.
As we had already eaten dinner, we enquired about just ordering a pudding each. "Absolutely you can" was the reply.
Great selection of beers and ciders on offer too. We will be back.
My partner and I had a wonderful Sunday roast. Both of us had beef. It was lovely. We have been before and highly recommend it. The staff are friendly professional and knowledgeable. The fox is inviting and has a great atmosphere. Lots of different ales to try and there are always up and coming
What a good find this place was. After a long day it was good place to refresh and made even better by the really welcoming and friendly team serving the drinks and food. Definitely would recommend this place. Food was very nice.
2nd visit here. What a superb pub! Food is truly excellent! The staff are so genuinely friendly and polite. The beer selection is great as is their special gins! Shame we live 2hrs away! We will return soon. This pub is worth making the effort to drive to, highly recommend! 👍👍
Lovely place great food staff were very helpful polite. Nice lovely country pub . The chips was to die for proper chips. They have games you can use there. Great for group family or that nice date you want take someone to. 😉 Does get busy so if your thinking going here book table . For few hours
Really friendly pub with a local feel. Great staff, attentive and kind. Lovely food, plenty of choice for a veggie too. What a fantastic find. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.
