Absolutely amazing food. Me & my partner went on a Sunday as highly recommended by friends and family. We had a beautiful 2 course meal which was absolutely beautiful. They made us feel welcoming and assured we felt comfortable. The staff where very friendly and ready to help if and when needed. Lovely place and atmosphere, will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

I was in a party of 6 on a Wednesday lunchtime, quite quiet. Staff friendly and polite. Food served as described on the menu, arrived at the table hot, good portion and good quality.
This was my second visit here in the last 12 months, I will be very happy to visit again.

What a lovely pub. A huge garden with a cosy raised patio area. We sat just outside the dog friendly bar area to eat. The food was amazing, tasty, hot and well presented. We do live miles away but well worth the drive for. The dog loved it too!

The Birch Tree has a fantastic menu and the quality of the food has always been fantastic. I wouldn’t say the food was overpriced at all.
I’m happy to revisit The Birch Tree when able too - the garden is great for a hot day (we even had our wedding food & drinks here back in 2017 because it was a great little place to host).
The only downside is that there isn’t much to entertain children but on balance, it is dog friendly.
Definitely worth a visit.

I've not been here for over 4 years, but I've been told it has been taken over by new management and refurbishment, so we decided to give it a try. The staff were welcoming and very friendly and helpful, very surprise that it was waitress service so we were taken to our table and drinks ordered.we ordered Sunday lunch, asking the waitress to change something that we did not eat this was not a problem could not fault the service or the food it was very enjoyable are waitress made us feel very welcome and very friendly and helpful explaining how things work we will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be returning very soon would definitely recommend that you pay them a visit you will not be disappointed so give them a try 😀

Called in for an evening meal. Decent enough choice and opted for the Veggie 3 bean chilli (although the mixed grill sounded good). Perfectly tasty food and a good portion. Friendly service and a fair price.

My new local. Brilliant pub with great staff. Excellent food consistently good. Nice large beer garden for enjoying ice cold ciders when the sun makes an appearance. Dog friendly too 👍🏻
