Just been for lunch with my fiancé and our 9 month old who has a cows milk allergy. Our waitress Monica was absolutely amazing very professional, friendly and attentive made our experience 5 star+. The kitchen staff prepared our dairy free meals which were delicious. Highly recommend food is great and Monica is a credit to the restaurant will definitely be back next week. Thank you

Went tonight for a quick bite to eat. Was served by Michele who was so lovely and welcoming. Nothing was a bother to her and she made sure that we enjoyed our meal. Food was really tasty, will be returning in the not so distant future.

Supporting people in the community can be a challenge but since the first time we visited Frankie & Benny's at Coatbridge this has been more than a dining experience. The Waitress Monica is just amazing. She encourages communication, she is very engaging and has patience of a saint. The food is good and always served in a reasonable length of time.
Thank you for being so inclusive and for dancing in a dinosaur costume today. This place is more than just a chain restaurant!

My young son & I mentioned to our host Michelle that we were hoping to catch a movie at Showcase Cinema next door but didn’t know if there would be time. Even though the restaurant was fairly busy, Michelle made sure that everything arrived quickly & we enjoyed three delicious courses with plenty of time left to catch our film. Great choice of vegan items including desserts & vegan options on the kids menu plus 5-star service from Michelle. Thanks again, guys!

I've said it many times before, staff make the venue. Michelle greeted me and provided friendly, attentive service throughout my lunchtime visit. I am a big advocate of letting eating establishments know when they get it right as so many of us just say thanks and leave. Frankie and Benny's, Michelle should be your template of how to treat customers. Customer experience 10/10
The food - I had loaded potato skins to start and good old fish and chips for my main. Everything was really nice but special comment should be made about the batter that enveloped the fish. It was really light, crispy and melt in the mouth. Food 10/10

Had a lovely meal here yesterday. We couldnt have been looked after any better by our server Michelle. My nephew has allergies so sometimes this can be awkward when we go for food but she explained everything so well for him to make the right choice. Thanks again Michelle!!!

What a lovely atmosphere, my waitress Michele was so friendly and went above and beyond with my kids. Food service was very prompt and lovely. My son is diary free and staff were very attentive to this.
On arrive the manager greeted us at the door and was very pleasant and again was great with my kids.
