This McDonald's was recently refurbished and now looks extremely bland inside. White tiles and no colour. They have also hidden the kitchen away and the serving counter is now round a corner from the staff so they take ages to realise anyone is there. The new style and layout is a massive FAIL, but
Very long time for order to come but one staff member was very helpful. An older female member of staff was very polite and understanding. If it hadn't been for her, I would have complained
Fast food, made fast and handed with a smile. I don't expect much and they always meet the minimum standard. What's to complain about?
Nice little restaurant, service was quick and my order was correct. Not given 5 stars because the drive thru kiosk wall was very messy with spilt orders, also the litter bin in the carpark was full and overflowing. These little details are easy to rectify and make a huge difference to the site.

Coatbridge and my husband fell we went into ask for a plaster - Bernadette brought him a chilled bottle of water and 3 plasters -
they couldn't do enough for us /

This one is so much better than the Airdrie one, really can't complain. It's just how McDonald's should be. Stay away from Airdrie, it's horrible.
Nice place to eat. Very clean inside. Service in store was very slow. Had to wait 20 minutes for flood which was a shame. Toilets were immaculate. Staff were very friendly. Shame some idiot eotkmsn was outside near to the delivery area smoking a spliff
Fat food for people that want enjoyment out of food, don't kid yourself, it's good food at every venue, just treat yourself with it once a week max! Lol
Very quiet when I visited served immediately & latte was nice... Very efgicent staff.. 😊
Typical McDonald's but I do like that they keep the restaurant very clean...a feature common to most McDonald's. KFC and Costa could take a leaf out of their book.
