I went in with my three dogs for dinner. I had the ceasar salad and they ordered from the dog menu. Everything was so amazing - they even served the doggy beer in a pint glass at my request so I could take funny photos. The salad was fresh and I had a well made oat latte for dessert. The pub is beautiful and we all had a lovely time. We'll be back!

A lovely pub in a wonderful area with a good sized carpark. Having been recently fully refurbished inside this is a great place for a drink and something to eat. The pub was busy with a good atmosphere. Service was very good and the food excellent. The menu has lots of choice and offers something for everyone. Prices are a little higher than some other places but the quality of the food and ingredients show its worth the extra. Overall a very nice place. Hope to return soon🙂

Gorgeous experience with my partner. Food amazing! Delicious and plentiful. Atmosphere was lovely. The decor is great so lovely. The service was outstanding! A young lady named Billie looked after us and she was the best!! Thank you so much Billie!! Only gripe…flies 🪰they were annoying but apart from that everything was perfect.

A lovely little restaurant just a stones throw away from the viaduct and Railway Museum. A wonderful atmosphere, delightful staff and as you cam see yummy food. Update returned for Sunday Roast, I was not disappointed, the cooks are beyond talented the dish was massive, well presented, tasted amazing and our server went the mile to add the extra Birthday touch. Hats off to all staff at the Swan Inn all were friendly and professional.

Booking is definitely advised if you want food. We were really lucky to walk in as it got really busy and I did hear staff say no more walk ins when I went for more drinks. Eating out in the garden, away from how busy the main pub was idyllic. With the river alongside and the occasional train going over the viaduct, it was the perfect way to finish the day after being at the East Anglian Railway Museum earlier. Online there's a variety of menus, I was impressed that there was a dairy free one, as well as the dairy free meals being marked on the main menus. A quick watch out that some of the meals on the online menus weren't on the printed menu in the pub so check to avoid any potential disappointment. The food was delicious, and considering how busy the pub was it came out in really good time so I didn't get much of my painting done, but I did start it. If you're dairy free I can recommend the chicken fajita burger as it was tasty and well spiced.

This is the second visit over a couple of years to this pub/restaurant. Hasn't changed still as good as the first time. Friendly service, nice atmosphere, good food and a choice of how you wish to eat. Inside out of the weather, the restaurant overlooking the courtyard or, as we chose, the courtyard. Nicely laid out with plenty of room between the tables and, very importantly, close to the bar. Very nice pub and worth a visit if you are in the area and looking for a decent watering hole.
