No 10 Museum Street

Stopped for lunch with my daughter and will definitely re-visit. My daughter is currently on a dairy-free diet so she was pleased to have choice of almond, soya, oat or coconut milk. She had a vegan sausage roll and I had a sausage roll…we had sweet chilli sauce to accompany them and both were delicious. Coffee was really good and followed up with delicious carrot cake…. It was hard to choose as all the cakes looked so tempting. The service was excellent by friendly staff. The cafe has a lovely ambience and decor and in a nice location right by Colchester castle park. There is outside seating which I think will be nice in the summer. Highly recommended.

Stopped after a walk from Highwoods Country park, and was ready for a sit down! Cafe was clean with a good choice of food. I had the soup with bread and it was lovely and very filling! Served by a young lady with longish dark hair and a friendly smile. Checked I had everything I needed and offered suggestions before I made my choice. Will definitely visit again.

We had a fabulous visit in January 2019. A lovely family day out. We enjoyed, latte's, hot chocolates and the homemade cakes and brownie. There is such a variety of options on the menu and the hot beverage range leaves you wondering what to choose! Thank you to Phil and staff for a lovely visit.
