Fantastic food always freshly cooked and service excellent. We wouldn't go anywhere else highly recommend.

Absolutely tip top....made a fussy order over a week ago,no problem whatsoever, walked in this eve, face remembered, order remembered ..proper service, proper gent.
I generally have a large chicken kebab, lettuce & Mayo, & yes it’s to die for piping hot, delicious & very filling, Staff are always friendly & professional.. & there’s so much choice.. excellent service, great prices.. Love Bills Plaice.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Best fish & chips I've had in a long time
Very good food. They also do curries and wraps.
Chips cooked to perfection. Crispy battered cod cooked to order. Friendly staff. Had to wait but you have to order. Bit lite on the salt & vinegar so you have to say if you want more before wrapping.
Was recommended to try their freshly cooked family receipe indian food, and was not dissapointed. Tasty meals cooked to your personal taste at a resonable price, and far better than any Indian resteraunts in the area. Highly tecommend it to any indian food lovers.

Always hot , fresh and cooked to perfection. I am a very fussy person with impeccable standards, and I must say that this is the best traditional fish and chip shop that I have come across in many years. Very good contenders for the Best fish and chips in Essex. Would take some beating !
The staff here are top notch, polite and friendly, cant do enough for you. The shop itself is so spotlessly clean, you could eat your food from the floor.

Nice take away always fresh
Visited on a Thursday evening about 6pm. Friendly staff. Small queue but got my fish and chips in under a minute. Good food. Portion a bit small, price not so small. Tricky parking.
Best fish and chips around. Always tasty and beautifully cooked. Staff always friendly and helpful. I would recommend that you try Bill's Plaice if you are in the vicinity.
