Usually effiecent and quick service, but today was very slow... Advised we were eating in, got ours in takeaway cups instead and no napkins. I feel another staff member was required during this time period, things would of been much quicker and correct.

As always, I get good service, a good little chat and a good cup of coffee. It always has been a little pricey, but that is Costa for you. You can't blame the staff. I am happy to say I go there on a regular basis, and will continue to do so.

Friendly service. Tha shoes are expensive but last a very long time. I had a pair of black shoes from there that I wore for nearly 3 years and they never let me down. I have just brought a new pair as my old shoes are wearing down to much now.

Brillant staff and always smiling Arthur is the best at making hoc choc. Hes always smiling and friendly. Kay is friendly and always makes a great hoc choc. In fact allthe staff are brillant.we come here out of our way as they make the best hot choc coconut milk.

It's Costa, like every other Costa and like most other chain coffee shops. I rather dislike the taste of the coffee in comparison to that other green and white chain, but each to their own. This one does at least have a decent amount of seating when taking the upstairs into account.

Just popped in the other day to buy an after school treat for my little girl. Enjoyed the hot chocolate (medium size Was enormous and enough for both of us!) and a little polar bear cake. Lots of treats to choose from and seasonal flavours of coffee available.

Costa what more can a customer need. Great coffee great snacks,cake and sandwiches. Go at least twice a week to socialise with friend and family. Love it! The points card scheme is a bonus 5 free drinks this year so far. Happy customer 😍

Really happy. Store was quiet but service was prompt and everything very tidy. I don't have anything monumentally important to say other than coffee and cookie was good.
10/10 would caffeinate again.

Due to new staff coming on board there was a queue. They are a bit slow and need explaining to most of the time. This is to be expected.
The staff here are generally very nice and efficient. They greet with a smile and are competent. However some staff do burn the milk and this ruins the coffee. But once brought to their attention will make a new one for you.
The place is often kept clean and in a nice fashion. Modern furniture which is comfortable.
