Best costa in the town. They serve a variety of drinks and the staffs were customer friendly. I went on my birthday and I was surprised to get a cake free of cost and the cake was fantastic. Great place to have a good time with family and friends. Definitely would recommend this place.
Standard Costa menu and offer. Clean and tidy; queue short at 1030am. A few tables available - more outside but it was snowing! Not much Gluten- free offer; not many tables inside considering it is a town centre location.

Super friendly staff and when I couldn't decide on which flavour of candy that I wanted to pair with my drink, they gave me one of each. They were helpful and made drink suggestions . The drinks were perfect and the snacks were better.

Great drinks and food. However, very overpriced and the staff are usually very "off" with customers, especially in the branch with the Hythe Tesco supermarket. Staff just carelessly pour nearly a half pint of milk into your mug without asking you.
Always good coffee, friendly staff . Tables needed attention as had to clear and clean my own before sitting down .
Staff was friendly and mac and cheese was lovely and enjoyed my latte. But due to staff shortage the staff was busy serving and trays were stacking up so nor a lot of places to sit without moving someone else before stuff
