Went into the new Subway this afternoon for a bite to eat. Had lovely food and the service was great from Ronan and Sam who were the ones on shift that served me. Very clean and nice.
Subway is subway but it's the staff that make it perfect. On the high St, there's usually only one lonely guy working by himself which means you'll be waiting for your subway. Don't leave the car running.

Got served by phoebe and ronan. Both were really polite and helped me decide what sub to get. They also offered to heat up my cookie which was a nice touch
I'm not a fan of fast food but my daughter wanted to grab a snack as we were passing by and I'd say that the staff here was really helpful and cheerful, might even try one myself.
Probably the best out of 3 subways in Colchester. Polite, friendly staff who acknowledge free deals when on offer

Very busy at lunch time because of nearby college's. Recommend going late after noon or anytime in the morning.
Good little stop for lunch, plenty of options for sandwich options, can get crowded when busy leading to long waits
