Carpenters Canteen Coffee Shop - Coleshill - Photo album

Such a lovely place. We got here on an recommendation from a local and were not let down. Staff were a delight to talk to and the cake as well as the tea was fantastic.
We are regulars - after a two hr hike (see NT website) this place never disappoints! Friendly staff and a pleasant setting in National Trust village of Coleshill. We had their veggie cashew, sweet chili and Philly cream cheese sandwich and apple crumble cake. Delicious!!! ( had to take a pic
Lovely little place tucked away ..very nice food . Could do with some little quaint shops 🤔. Farmers shop and little antique shop etc .. only a small charity book shop , which was nice to get a couple books from .
With its lovely courtyard setting just off the beaten track you'd hope that this might be good - and you wouldn't be disappointed! This is a National Trust property and it delivers on the tea/coffee and a cake front in spades. But it also does great sandwiches and salads. Beautifully made and very
Lovely place, Staff was Super. I had almond cake and lemon cake with tea and coffee as well, Also i had Brie with cranberry jam. All was amazing and delicious.
Great place for a coffee & cake or lunch on edge of the Coleshill Estate. The weather was somewhat inclement on the day we visited & the cafe made a fab stop to wait until the rain cleared & we were able to go for a walk. There is also a second hand bookshop in the yard for both purchases & donation
Great find. We stopped for a drink halfway through a circular walk. I half wished we hadn't eaten the picnic we brought when I saw how good the sandwiches and cake looked. Seating inside and out with friendly staff There is a small carpark and a second hand bookshop.
Stopped for coffee and liked the place. A little unusual but nicely done with little artifacts from the buildings previous use. Coffee some of the best I've tried in months. Recommended.
Best coffee I've ever had 11/10. Beautiful spot and fascinating finding out about crafts and skills used by NT. Absolutely recommend
Lovely building, friendly staff and great food
