Love, love, love, this place the donuts are always fresh . The staff is always friendly and give great customer service. The only problem I have here is I could eat a whole box to myself . Warm glaze is my favorite, they melt in your mouth with every bite. Keep a look out they always put out coupons for a dozen donuts . I highly recommend this place if you need to feed your donut craving.

Not very impressed with this location. Came here to get my friend a free dozen for her birthday. We went inside since we weren’t sure how the free dozen worked. We stood at the counter and watched 5-6 employees all stare at us for 5 minutes before asking if we needed anything. Then I inquired about the free dozen for my friend and she said we would have to have the app to redeem. My friend said “no problem, I can download it in a few minutes and come back up”. The lady said that wouldn’t work since it’s not an immediate thing. Since I wasn’t sure how any of this would play out, I asked if my friend could show proof of her birthday, but the lady said no it’s app only. Thankfully another customer came in and heard our situation and bought my friend a dozen. So thank you to that very sweet lady for doing that! We also made a pit stop to the restrooms and no toilet paper.. yikes. Anyway, the drive thru would’ve been the better option but it is what it is.

In all my krispy kreme years I have NEVER received a box of stale donuts until now. Two boxes at that! Told my co worker who said she had the same thing happen to her and wondered why they gave her a free box… stale. Asked her which one she went to. SAME LOCATION. Hers were stale a week before mine. Smh.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I pulled up to the speaker 40mins before they closed, no answer, so I pulled up to the window and an employee was standing there. She wasn't looking directly out the window but I KNOW she saw my big white suburban out of her peripheral. I sat there for a min, she walked off and another employee that was there saw me. Nobody came to the window. This was on a Saturday night, June 25th to be exact. I sure hope those girls that were working that night get delt with because it's no telling how many customers they done that to causing y'all to lose money. Would not recommend or come here again.
