I come to this location on my lunch break whenever I feel the itch for some fast food. I placed a curbside order. The order came out pretty quickly; however the server did not speak or smile. She -saw my face- and threw the bag in my window and walked away. There was no ‘have a good day’ or anything. I was shocked and honestly confused because this is Chic-fil-a, home of the best service. I was concerned, so I went inside of the store to speak with a manger. The manger was empathetic and told me he would speak with the server. I can’t believe I had a bad experience at Chic-fil-a. :(

This place has never salted their fries as long as I’ve been coming here so the fries are always tasteless and usually my food has come out cold. The cheese on the deluxe chicken sandwich I usually get is never melted like how it typically is at other locations so the meals all around are disappointing

Store has gone way downhill. Used to be able to get drive thru, and go home confident that my order is perfect. These days, DO NOT leave without checking EVERYTHING. They screw up the order now than half the time.

So....the fresh hot waffle fries that I requested were delivered with a smile and the highest level of customer service! Chick-fil-A you've done it again..."my pleasure"!

Chick-fil-A has great tasting food and quick friendly service. There seems to be a lot of people anxious for one of the delicious chicken burgers, sandwiches, or wraps but they move the lines pretty fast. They also have a kids play area which makes it a great stop for families with young children.

I love their nuggets! The strawberry shake was bomb. I highly recommend that. But the spicy sandwich was okay.

This place usually has good service but unfortunately has not been the best. Taking too long for mobile orders will not be returning. Very poor customer service

good as always but don't like this set up they have. the way the cars are locked in line. in an emergency no way you could get out. I'd rather go to a different location
