An exceptional place! The people are so friendly and helpful. I went based off other reviews and was not disappointed. I already had a rough idea what sort of machine I wanted to buy and the time spent at Caffle watching each machine and various different features being demonstrated was invaluable. I left with no doubt that I had made the best decision for me.
Being able to return for repairs and even free workshops for whatever project I might dream up next is a cherry on the top - if the cherry was it's own, calorie free pudding that magically reappears after you eat it. I've already got my eye on some fabric in stock and have no doubt I'll be back.

Wish I could give them 10 stars, they are Brilliant, Jane and Tina are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble, if you can't get to the shop, always available on the phone. I have struggled over the years with an overlocker, went to them, bought a Brother, best thing I did, I've since bought Embroidery machines from them. Their customer service is fantastic, wouldn't go anywhere else. Can't praise them highly enough.
If you EVER need help or want to purchase an Embroidery machine, Sewing machine or even learn how to sew etc , This is the place. Me and my wife love these epic people. They have helped us so much. Also the chap there does Photography professionally and has done all our baby shoots and product photography. Thank you so much

Excellent place to stop for coffee/toast and cake! Friendly people. (Also sell sewing machines and offer studio photography)
