I highly recommend this place. The staff are polite, friendly yet professional and can’t do enough for you. The food is incredible. A varied choice on the main menu with daily specials and a light bites menu. A great selection of IPA’s, bottles and spirits. Rooms are big, clean and comfy.
A large garden with kids play area at the rear of the pub. Loads of seating with plenty of areas for catching the sun or hiding in the shade.

This is one of our favourite places to eat in the area. The menu is seasonal with a great selection for everyone, and the specials are always fantastic. Pie night is a must!
The staff are all friendly and enthusiastic. Travis, Baker, and Shay have a great knowledge of the beers and wines on offer and are never too busy to have a quick chat adding to the friendly atmosphere.

Went here for a meal on 31/07/23 for my mum's birthday! What a lovely pub! The food was excellent and really fresh, cocktails were delicious and couldn't fault the service. The staff were really attentive and welcoming. Had a lovely atmosphere and the music they were playing was really good! Would highly recommend!!

Visited for breakfast. It was very quiet with us being the only ones there. Waitress was friendly and welcoming. Food was great. Rated 3/5 for service as my second ordered drink was forgotten about and my daughter nearly ended up with the wrong order. Apologies were given but we were made to feel that the waitress being snowed under with other jobs was more important than our needs.

My wife and I treated ourselves to lunch here today, and we weren't disappointed. Lovely pub, both inside and out, warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The lunch menu was very tasty, with portions just the right size, served promptly by polite attentive staff. It was our first visit, but we'll definitely be back again.

Stayed here last night, absolutely spot-on. A beautiful inn, the hosts and bar staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious. We definitely would come back, and can highly recommend it. Bob and Lorraine xx

What a pleasant surprise to see such a young team so pleasantly confident at their job which they did well. Good food, brilliant service a little more pricey than their website menu suggests, so update guys! But on the whole a good evening . If these young people are our future there is hope for this country yet. Keep up the good work guys !

Only had a meal at the pub, so can't comment on rooms. The meal was lovely had the Goan curry and was lovely. This pub also has a garden, with a park for little ones. Watch out on the monkey bars as two of the spindles need to be replaced not sure on the weight they can take. So kids need to be careful. Otherwise the rest is fine.
Food size was good, kids portion could had more chicken. But my kids like chicken

A very nice pub, with a garden and play area outside. We went for food, a late Sunday lunch. Chicken was lovely, flat iron steak was immense, cauli cheese, and peppercorn sauce were perfect. Great desserts to finish, meal for 2 under £60 Inc drinks, excellent friendly staff made this a great visit

Lovely modern and clean rooms. High quality. Very accommodating. Let us check in early and served us meals when kitchen was closed - thank you! Location was tricky with lack of cabs and Ubers but realise a lot of this is out of their control.

We we're supposed to be spending the here in our VW but unfortunately had to scoot off home. The good news however was that, that happened after we'd eaten. The food was delicious.
I had a marvellous burger and Stephanie a lovely gammon. Only thing there is that the chips aren't fried separately.
Come on restaurants, it only takes an inexpensive fryer set to one side for the purpose.
Still a 5 star place though. The girls behind the bar were great.

Had a Sunday roast very accommodating, four of us in the party and four dogs. Very good service, value for money, and all the staff were very efficient, polite, and friendly. Enjoyable experience, and the dogs enjoyed (our) their meal too.

The food was good, but not great. Service rather slow and forgetful: had to ask more than once for drinks and water.
Very interesting location close to an RAF base, so lots of fun with planes (and noise) going on in the background.

The room ceiling seemed to be made of paper as I could the activities / snoring of the room directly above. And who knew a small Lincolnshire road could carry so much traffic?! So not a quiet stay, but the staff were pleasant, the food good and the main building is a good old world pub. I wanted to give this place 3 stars but couldn't!

Visiting nearby Tattershall lakes my family and I found Lee Gate Inn and chose to celebrate my sons birthday there. The service was impeccable from such a young team of staff. The food was excellent across all three courses and I would highly recommend this esablishment to anyone visiting the area.

Ate food here which was lovely, and equally lovely were the staff both those serving at bar and the young woman who brought our food. They seem like the kind of people who understand what service is. Rare that. Some places these days seem to have an air as if you’re there to make them happy, not the other way round.
Would def recommend the Leagate and will def stop again when in the area.
