Visited here for the first time. Sadly didn’t have time to stay and eat but it looked lovely. Seating area outdoors as well as indoors. Dog friendly. Will definitely be back to have lunch.. I only found out about this lovely little farm shop through an online article in the Chronicle i think it was. I googled it. Checked reviews and looked through the photos and txt my partner the link so we could go and take a visit. The drive from Durham was pleasant with beautiful countryside views
Really well presented Farm shop and Cafe just off a main road and cycle path. The cafe food was really tasty, Bacon was a bit too fatty but still enjoyable. Staff were really pleasant and efficient. This is a lovely place to visit. Delicious frangipane tart, large selection of great looking meats and cheeses. Delicious 'Knitsley smokie sausage' which I took away to form the centre of a lovely dinner. :p
