Great pizza, vegan and gluten free options and lovely staff. I had the Mediterranean vegetable pizza with vegan cheese, garlic bread and a cocktail. My partner had the chicken tikka special pizza, both absolutely loved our meals. Service was fast, although we weren't asked if we wanted a dessert menu or more drinks we could have easily got their attention if we wanted them so we're not too fussed.
I also appreciated that there were free pads and tampons in the toilets for customers, a really nice touch that's so simple to implement, more places should be doing this!

I don't like pizza very much BUT I LOVED Johnny Dough's. They have a very nice menu with a lot of interesting options. I ordered the Mediterranean pizza and the Goat's Cheese pizza. There was an option to make it super spicy. The staff informed me that it would be quite spicy. I really enjoy spicy food and I often find that most places don't make their food spicy enough for me. However, Johnny Dough's had an excellent spice level. It was REALLY hot but the sauce was extremely tasty as well. I would love to eat at Johnny Dough's again, if I am back in North Wales. I would highly recommend them. The pizzas are tasty even without the hot sauce. They are generous with their toppings and the crust is nice.

Really delicious pizza! Great service. Definitely would come again. Only thing was there were quite a few flies about the place and the loos weren't up to par. Needs a bit of investment from the owners, but can't fault the food or the service.

We were “walk in’s” at this fully booked Pizzeria but the staff found us a table for two. They were very busy in this final weekend of the school holidays. Food, drinks and venue all good but my warmest praise must go to the waiters. Warm and friendly and super efficient. Lilly was exceptional. She seemed to anticipate what we wanted before we asked for it. She was efficient yet found time for a chat a joke and a smile at every stage of our meal. People who do not work in service don t understand what a privilege it is to serve others. Here at The Conwy branch of Johnny Dough’s they understand what excellent service looks like and have made it their craft. Big ups to the chef too for the delicious wood fired Pizzas.

Busy but really comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We we really hungry and didn’t want allot of fuss and waiting around . Johnny Doughs worked out perfectly for us . We had not booked ahead yet despite being busy we were soon seated and had our order taken by a cheerful , helpful and really polite waitress. Our drinks and pizza came without us hardly noticing a wait and both were really delicious. One meat feast and one vegan fajita , wonderful crispy bases with tasty well prepared toppings. We loved the experience from the friendly welcoming to the great service and excellent food. This place has it nailed, a simple yet exciting menu delivered quickly and professionally with taste and a smile . Superb !

A limited menu well done. Beautiful, light, crispy pizzas. Very friendly, helpful staff who go beyond their brief to help out.
The rooms were well equipped with coffee machine, prime TV and Netflix included. Continental breakfast is brought to the rooms at 8am.
The only downside is the traffic and refrigeration unit noise. The restaurant toilets need a jolly good clean.

We went early afternoon as we had our one year old daughter with us and glad we did because by the time we left it was full! Which is a good sign of a popular place to eat. Pizzas are all made fresh and you can see yours being made. Great selection and really tasty. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Can recommend!

We ordered Garlic Bread, Hawaiian, Meaty loaded, BBQ Chicken and Fish (Haddock) Pizza. Freshly made dough and freshly stone baked pizza. Worth the price! Friendly staff, clean tables but toilet needs to maintain cleanliness.. a bit smelly, smells like fish near the toilet.

We had an absolutely fab meal here today. I came with my two boys, and the staff were brilliant with them, offering for them to add their own toppings (lots of fun). I had one of the best gluten free pizzas I’ve eaten for a LONG time, lots of toppings and no soggy base! Would eat here again in a heartbeat.

This place does wonderful pizzas. Me and my partner aren’t from the area and Johnny doughs was recommended to us by someone from where we was staying. We are really happy to have taken her up on her recommendation…. As soon as we walked in we was made to feel welcome, the cocktails are amazing and the food was served perfectly and we wasn’t waiting long at all! My partner found the chorizo and prawn pizza a little spicy but he loved it either way! Definitely come back again when we are back in wales and we highly recommend to anyone who loves PIZZA!!!!

We were made to feel very welcome. Cadi managed to find us a table at short notice although they were busy. Our order was taken and our food was brought quickly. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The service by Abbey, Cadi and Mia was exceptional. They made sure our experience was great and we were happy with our meals. I would highly recommend. This is our first visit but of we are ever in the area we would visit again.

Great place to stay, really enjoyed the breakfast and the evening meal. They are very helpful and have great secure storage for our bikes.
It's only not a 5 star due to the room being very, very warm(21st century problem). They do provide a fan to help, I would have preferred to have opened the, but you could only have it a crack.

It was VERY spicy so a bit of warning here.
Their garlic bread was probably one of the best ones I’ve had. Very soft and not too greasy.
Our food came quite late as they had a bit of issue. However, the staff were very friendly and apologetic so we didn’t mind that and had a pleasant visit.
