Excellent! A gem of a place, the coffee here is the best ever and complimented by some lovely locally made cakes, if you like top quality coffee and are in Conwy this is the only coffee shop to go to! It leaves all the others standing!! We had a lovely warm welcome from the friendly staff too, all together a superb experience! I have no hesitation in awarding Illy Cafe Conwy a full FIVE STARS!! Looking forwards to another visit soon. :)
Lovely little cafe down the bottom of the high street, very friendly and helpful, after a long day I stopped here for a cuppa and sandwhich they didn't have what I wanted on show but didn't have a problem in making me one. Would definitely recommend this as a stopping point :)

10/09/23: really enjoyed a lightly toasted currant teacake, which came with jam, and a Mocha. The mocha was very hot and very tasty. The server was a bit quiet, but it didn't detract from the food. Quaint little café serving Illy coffee, just before the archway leading to the Harbour. Also dog friendly!
Best coffee in Conwy. Very friendly super quick service with gorgeous selection of cakes and paninis. Recommend you get your coffee from here. They do take out too to take and sit at the harbour.
A charming little cafe. We much enjoyed our brew and tea cake, it is a quirky setup with a mixture of both modern and retro furnishings. There is a wide selection of pictures on the wall available to both view and purchase. We sat upstairs next to the widow in a nice bright room. We had the pleasure of relaxing sounds from acoustic guitar being played outside flowing through the open window, which gave a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Looses 1 star due to cleanliness. A little more effort and attention to detail would make a vast difference. Light switches on the way upstairs looked extremely grubby, just little things like that.
All in all a lovely place, well worth a visit.
I love the coffee here it reminds me of Spain. The staff are really happy and make you feel valued. Lovely choice of cake and sandwiches. The place is clean and tidy well decorated with upstairs seating. It's a short walk to the sea front harbour and the smallest house. I'd give it ten out of ten. The staff were young ladies and are the opposite of the negative reviews. I couldn't give them enough praise for their excellent customer service
All staff really lovely. Came here with my 3 grandkids plus nephew (in a wheelchair) and they were all super helpful. Great service, delicious food. My grandkids wanted to give TEN stars!! Well worth a visit. Thank you xx
Had a lovely time at Casa Illy in Conwy! The atmosphere is cosy and charming, with great art on the walls. The latte and large tea were both delicious, and the upstairs seating is really comfortable. Don't miss the amazing coffee and walnut cake - so moist and tasty! Highly recommend this cafe.
Had a panini and coffee for breakfast. Excellent friendly service. Well known and used by the local community. Children welcome.
The best hot chocolate I've ever tried. Also it has free wifi and the service 10/10. Amazing!
The best coffee in Conwy. I started off with a medium latte during my first visit and was so impressed that returned the next day for a large latte. Great service from the staff and the hot chocolate was also awesome as well.
Top tip: If it is busy downstairs try the seating on the first floor which has plenty of seats and great wifi.

Nice little coffee and tea shop with extra seating up stairs. Worth dropping in for nice cake and a hot drink.
Lovely place to just sit, drink a hot chocolate and read in a corner. Especially when it's raining like today. Friendly staff too.
