Review Country Cooks - Corwen

Popped here for a full breakfast after a camping weekend. Carpark had loads of space, food was brilliant and the staff were super friendly. Being an old little chief it brought back some memories too.

Lovely country cafe! They were incredibly welcoming of our dog and my young child. Their breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. The waitstaff was kind and provided exceptional service. We especially loved the ornate cat decor. 😆 They had a nice yard to walk dogs out back and plenty of parking in their beautiful rural setting.

Lovely café with friendly staff. Food cooked fresh & served nice & hot. The salad is good & unusually served with fruit in it, which we like. I would like to see more vegetarian/vegan dishes on the menu (hence 4*'s not 5) that said we did find something we liked. I had the vegetarian burger served with chips and garnish, which I enjoyed & my husband had the vegetarian lasagna served with chips and salad. All very good. Would definitely recommend. The café has numerous cat ornaments & teapots around the window sills and on selves around the walls, plenty to look at and while waiting for your meals, also a lovely view from the windows. Returned here today, 17/06/23 on our way to Anglesey and couldn't fault the service or the food. Decided to stick with the veggie lasagna, chips and salad like previous visits. We weren't disappointed! Would definitely recommend. 🙂

A convenient stop on our route back to Kent from our camping trip near Pwllheli. Located just outside Corwen, the venue has ample parking space and is dog friendly. The service, food and facilities were exceptional. It was fairly busy during our visit but our order was dealt with quickly and in good order. We will visit Country Cooks again and would highly recommend this cafe to any potential customer looking for a good experience and a tasty wholesome meal.👍

Nice and clean dog friendly cafe. We had the cooked breakfast and Couldn't fault it. Efficient service. Treats for the dog. Tables cleaned around us very quickly. Will definitely stop off again.

Unexpected find. Excellent clean well managed Cafe/Resturant with great food to match. I will recommend it anytime. Staff pleasant helpful and on the ball. Will visit them again in passing.

So glad we stopped for pancakes, service was quick, friendly and the food was lush. Proper bacon, maple syrup and Welsh pancakes. Cappuccino was nice too. There was a friendly vibe and the other customers were lovely too.

What a lovely and friendly place, with good food and warm atmosphere. All food was freshly prepared and really tasty. We just regret that we didn’t have time for dessert. Even our dogs got a treat ;)

Loved this place for the great hearty tasty food, the friendly service, very reasonable prices, great coffee, speedy service and a lovely view of the valley. Couldn't fault it on any level

What a gem. We were staying down the road and only tried it on our last day, wish we’d tried sooner. Friendly hosts, lovely food, quirky cat loving decor! Our kids loved the pancakes. Give it a try.

Food is always good and the service is quick. I can thoroughly recommend American style salad - you get your five a day for the week ahead, all on one plate. Lots of flavour, filling and satisfying.

Glad we stopped for a cup of tea/coffee and have some pudding with our family and friends. Very lovely,friendly atmosphere and very clean kitchen! We loved it here and hope to come back again when we visit Wales again!

Lovely place on the way back from Snowdon. I had a cottage pie with peas and a cherry pancake with ice cream. They were divine. The staff are friendly, and the lady gave us maps and a quick chat on North Wales. It is definitely worth dining. The huge porcelain cats all around the place are a must-see too.

Absolutely 💯 % worth visiting if you are in Wales,everything about this place is;if you drive pass,please make every effort to ensure you taste the food,you will not be disappointed that is all I am going to say,you can let me know if you agree. It is dog friendly and staff friendly and the shelves,window cills and walls have 🐈 😻 Pottery etc,if you love them you will fit in rather nicely.

I've been working about 3 miles away in cerrigydrudion with my son. We come here most days for lunch. The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. Thankyou

Excellent food and service, almost regular customers now,... Bikers more than welcome... Not only that, but the views of rolling hills and fields, plus garden birds and even Red Kitesare usually seen. Prices very fair for the good quality of meals a day drinks..
