Excellently location , lovely view , nice doors and multiple staff members at reception who are always waiting for you with a big smile on their faces , as you enter , they’ll direct you to the sitting areas which can either be ground floor or the upstairs dine-in space . As you approach the dine-in area you’ll see a QR code on each table for the menu and a beautiful ornament . You can either scaN QR code or wait for staff members to bring you the menu , multiple options of nice and yummy cuisines waiting for you in the menu , you can choose according to your taste , sit there enjoy well and don’t forget to bring your friends here . Food quality is excellent and apparently their rating is five stars as well . Lastly it’s not even too expensive .
Came with a bunch of friends and tried various desserts. All of them were very good.
It could be much better if there were vegan desserts available.
The ambience was good, and so did the service.
Will come again if there are vegan options.

The best pastry shop in Coventry. The lady that works there was very helpful and always with smile!! We couldn't choose what we wanted because of many options. Waffles or crepes or many others with plenty of syrups, ice cream scoops, and garnish. What amazing desserts!! Totally, we ll be regular in this pastry shop. I recommend 100% to try it.
Our excursion to HD was a mesmerizing experience, thanks to the virtuoso performance by Mitun, the maestro of hospitality. With his charming demeanor and unwavering attentiveness, Mitun transformed our visit into a symphony of delights. The "An Offer She Can't Refuse" waffle was an irresistible masterpiece, its luscious flavors harmonizing perfectly with every bite. As for the "I'm Bluee" mocktail, its azure hue and refreshing medley of ingredients left us enchanted. Mitun's passion for his craft elevated our dining experience to unparalleled heights. HD is a destination that must be savored, and Mitun is the conductor who orchestrates an unforgettable culinary symphony.
I have been to Dolci couple of times and one reason out of many is because of the kind welcoming staff who serves me with the most delicious and mouth watering desert. The two staff that I appreciate the most is Hikari and Mithul who reached out to me for my order despite being a busy day delivered the food on time. The standards maintained at Dolci is upto the mark.

Excellent fast service. Waffles are delicious and all desserts come warm. Beautiful presentation and lovely staff. Tables are clean and set.
It was a nice experience there. Service was excellent and staff was very friendly. I would like to mention staff especially Shaimaa l, she was very helpful and friendly.
Hikari served us when we came and she is the sweetest girl. She made sure that the drinks are filled with a lot of fruits, and the taste is good as well. Someone give her a raise, she deserved it. She’s been one of the fastest waitress in here yet 😁 Thumbs up
