Great Costa staff are great. Only downfall is it can get very busy and sometimes waiting a while but that's just the nature of its location. Handy with the outside seating area too.
I always have a lovely coffee ☕ and I like the croissants and teacakes. My friends and me go on a Friday after we have been spinning 🙃. It's very nice bright and sunny 🌞 good atmosphere nice girls serving 👌
I hardly come here but whenever I do the experience has been great...good customer service and the place is really clean and welcoming. Enough space to park. Covid measures are been put in place. Will highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic staff at this coffee shop. My little one managed to spill his babycino and the lovely girl was cleaning it all up so fast and even offered us new babycino. A frequent haunt for my friend and I. Staff are friendly, establishment is clean and quiet. Very nice atmosphere. Drinks are always lovely. One of the best Costa’s in Coventry, staff friendly and never rush you. Went today and both Julie and Kelly made my day a lot better, they both were friendly, attentive and made an excellent drink. Thanks for staying open and keeping our spirits high during lockdown 😊.
