Really low key Costa. Staff seem very friendly. The place isn't too bad with lots of positive messages and comments about how they recycle etc. Surprised there's a code you've got to memorise to go to toilet. Also the locks in one of the toilet didn't seem to work as I walked in on someone mid-toile
Enjoyed the seasonal drinks at the busy city centre branch. The staff could have been a bit more friendly but apart from that no complaints. Would recommend the gingerbread hot chocolate and also the hazelnut praline.

This costa is the same as every costa in the world similar layout similar dishes ,similar drinks,similar prices the costa located on the upper precinct in Coventry has good access for wheel chairs,but a very small outdoor area. Ample indoor seating,with a warm friendly atmosphere
