Walked into a lovely clean restaurant. Staff met us with a smile, showed us to our table and took drinks order. Main Course was very tasteful and cooked as requested. Great atmosphere. Will return again. Thank you for a pleasant evening.

Food was great (and arrived quickly), atmosphere was even better. We had a bit of a problem with the bill, but it was understandable given size of our party (17). The problem was handled super professionally by Lee who went great lengths to sort it out. We would like to recommend his attitude and speed he dealt with the situation. Well done.

Came here with my husband and two small children. The restaurant was very busy and the food did take a bit longer to come out than usual, however we were told that there would be a wait on food, so we were not fussed about that at all. While we were waiting for the food, Goda the waitress gave the children slime to keep them occupied and happy, that was a really nice touch. When the food did come out it was very delicious. We were not sure if we wanted any desserts but the waitress convinced us to get the sticky toffee pudding, and we were not disappointed. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant, as the food was great, and we could not have asked for a more friendly and polite waitress. Also, just wanted to mention that our kids were really happy when they got their slime and that it made their day.

Amazing visit for my birthday! My waitresses name was Ellie D and she couldn’t have been more helpful to us, she was very polite and welcoming. The food quality was wonderful, such a lovely atmosphere, would strongly recommend

Me and my partner come to this restaurant and specifically this branch a lot and we love it. We came for our anniversary tonight and were served by Jack who was lovely! Had a birthday meal there on a Thursday night , very accommodating, very friendly, service was spot on and quick. All the food was lovely and all orders was correct . Really could not fault . Very reasonable bill at the end as well. Thank you very much .

Sweet!!! Ordered 4 traditional fry-ups. The order took less than 10 minutes. Amazing services, good food and friendly staff. Good deals on prices and not to forget they provide free refills!!! Awesome.

Visited this evening with my husband and two children. Was served by Liz, it was a particularly quiet evening but felt as though she went out of her way to make our meal special. We were impressed with the food and the kids left happy. Overall lovely evening

Came in this evening as part of a table of 7 without booking, however the restaurant was extremely accommodating and our server Liz was excellent!! The best service and food we have ever had not only in Frankie and Bennys but overall. It’s very rare that a waitress goes out of there way to make sure everyone on the table is satisfied. Cannot thank Liz and the team enough. We will be returning very soon.

Very friendly atmosphere at the Ricoh f&b . All staff very polite and helpful. Served by a lovely young waitress Layla who couldn't do enough for us. Can't recommend the pizza enough and the waffles are heaven. Great meal and service. Will definately return.
