Good night out if you like a bit of gambling 🎰 I love playing the slot machines I’m not great on the tables, always liked it when staff came by and offered drinks but that don’t seem to happen anymore, well it didn’t when I was there. Some people were flitting between the table and the slots leaving signs on the slots so you couldn’t get on them which wasn’t very fair, but overall it was a good evening.

Free cola for me. I was in a poker tournament.
All well run, pretty plush surroundings.
Loads of big gambly machines and that. Would've been five stars, but I didn't win the poker and the free cola was pepsi max, I like regular cola.

My partner and I were visiting and decided on a night out at the Grosvenor.
We have frequented a few of the casinos on our travels, but I must state, the staff here are exceptional.!
Service is 100% as were there friendliness and customer care.
I would also like to bring to the attention of the management, staff members are brilliant..guys are fabulous.! They go above and beyond in there customer care.! So very professional, but also so very friendly and charming.!

Very warm and welcoming team, knowledgeable and happy to help. Its the closest you will get to Vegas with the decor inside. You walk in and go down the escalators and you see waterfalls and glass flooring where the water runs beneath you. Restaurant is very good and the acts held in Lady G's bar are brilliant. Overall great night out

I liked a lot the live music on Saturdays but the price of the drinks should be cheaper, the toilets are stunning and very clean and the staff at the bar is nice but at the entry no that much ...
