Dhillon's Brewery Spire Bar

I came here with couple of friends for some light food and drinks. A big shoutout to Sofia and her team, they look after you from the moment you walk in until you leave, making sure you have a fantastic time. The atmosphere is fantastic, as are the vibes. Their customer focus and warmth compelled me to return the very following day. Sofia and her crew are fantastic when it comes to recommending the ideal drink for you. They have a nice selection of drinks. DJ Steve was also fantastic. The best experience I've ever had in a bar or pub. I strongly recommend it.

I am an non drinker among my friends but I still enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere from Sofia and team. They provide great recommendation on drinks and food, we had to revisit the place the next day due to her persona and happening place. But didn’t get disappointed, had DJ Steve playing his great collection on Friday Night and also an Indian Song on request Jai Ho!!!

If you're ordering beers here; over their spectacular cocktails, then you're in the wrong place. Genuinely the hospitality here is impeccable, great staff who genuinely care for their craft and customers overall. Had a bad start to the night and suspected it was the end, but this was turned around entirely when we met Sofia - their dedication and commitment to mixology is unbelievable and unbeknownst to many. How I pity those living under rocks in Sofia's presence. Alcohol based cocktails or not, you're doing yourself a disservice by not being right here. You're in safe hands when you come here, and with the future trajectory of the new cocktail menu, I can attest that all patrons at this place will be in even better hands then.

Great bar, excellent service and lovely staff. Jodie, Disha, Aaron and Sofia make the best cocktails, they always make sure we are well looked after and they are always very patient and friendly. Can’t possibly ask for more! We always enjoy when we came here, you can’t go wrong if you choose this place, amazing experience. Thanks guys ☺️

A very cosy, vibrant bar with a beautiful interior and outside seating. The thing that makes this place stand out are the bartenders. Aaron, Kwajo and Jem, the bartenders when I went, were phenomenal - welcoming, attentive and talented with the cocktails. This has quickly become my favourite spot for a drink.
