Shimla Palace - Cowdenbeath - Photo album

Visited here with my boyfriend and his family a while ago for the buffet, and ordered a delivery from here tonight. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. By far the best Indian I've ever had from anywhere 😋 every single thing I've ever had from here has been 1000/10, absolutely brilliant. Slightly pricey but well w
Friendly, attentive staff. Food good, very varied dishes to try + chips & chicken nuggets for the kids - great idea ! My favourite was the chunky jelly with lashings of cream lol 😆! Excellent quality & price was really good- I'll be back 😋
Beautiful place. Excellent food, as much as you wish to eat. We went on the afternoon. Service was brilliant. This is going to be a regular haunt anytime we're in the area. The staff couldn't do enough. Very highly recommended...
Best Indian restaurant we have been to. Only £9.99 for an open buffet lunch. Lots of food options and even vegetarian food. Everything tasted great. I tried everything and it was not too full. It was just enough. Some spicy options but it's only mild in my opinion and the majority is without chilly
Shimla was a very place to eat. I personally went for the dinner buffet which was excellent; the food was always, hot, delicious, and topped up as soon as it began to get low. The waiters were always there to clear your plate when you're finished, so you can get your next portion. Excellent value fo
1st visit. Plenty of space for us and had no trouble getting a table. Lots of choice on the buffet and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area.
One of the best Indian cuisines I have ever tasted. Services are great, restaurant is super super clean and overall would recommend this place to anyone who is a fan of Indian cuisines.
Absolutely beautiful food well presented and very hot. Lots of choices starters ,mains and deserts although I wasn't keen on the deserts myself. Lovely staff very friendly except the man who we paid at the end tried to chat to him and he didn't reply . Would go back again especially as buffet is £7.
Nice place. Very good food. Very friendly staff. The price you pay is also good.
Great local Indian restaurant that does really fantastic tandoori food and it perfect for families. Very clean and they do Nepalese food not just your standard Indian fare. I will definitely be back as staff were really friendly as well.
Do a lovely vegan curry on request, pair it with chapati and rice you're good to go 🌿 🥘 👌.
Food was great choice of food on the buffet staff is friendly and can't do enough for you. Definitely be back
The buffet here is always excellent, it's hot, fresh and delicious. A good selection, but not too much, which I like. Don't leave without having a haggis pakora! Me addition to the starters of creamy garlic mushrooms was also fab.
The food was authentic Indian food, very tasty, and there was a good variety, overall a great restaurant, also priced reasonably well, I will defiantly recommend this restaurant, it is buffet style, so you do not go home hungry.
Food is always good, staff helpful, and it's really reasonably priced. There's loads of dishes to choose from, starters and main dishes, the only thing I always say let them down is the dessert selection. The cakes are always really pitiful, I mean, you can obviously take 2 or three pieces, but...
Visited on a quiet Monday afternoon and the food was fab outstanding value
Great value for money. Good friendly service. Keep it up guys.👍
Sorry for delay in leaving his review but need to express how fabulous your staff were. Was in Cowdenbeath high street on rare occasion a few weeks ago and thought we try you for this first time for lunchtime. Mon-Wed £9.95 can't complain in a beautiful decorated restaurant which is very clean. It's
