Nice clean and tidy place ,staff sometimes missing so ordered on the self serve. The food is nice and hot, very fresh . We'll worth going to we've been there a few times and always had a nice sit-in meal .
Ordered online and collected. Bang on time, freshly cooked, and manager (who was serving) was sound. Better than other fast food restaurants I'd mention - including other KFC's..
Hands down the best KFC I’ve ever been to. The hot wings are always super fresh and tasty. Every time I’ve been here the food has been perfect. Manager lady is wonderful & super friendly. Most KFCs I go to I have a mixed experience, but every time here has been really positive. Thank you :)
Only 2 ordering screens so on busy days it's slow. Like all kfcs you are ignored when standing at counter.
Standard KFC. Food is tasty and you don't have to wait very long, however the portions can leave a bit to be desired depending on what you order. Price wise you don't always get great value for money.
When there's offers on the KFC app however, you can get some cracking deals and get good stuff for dirt cheap.
Staff are friendly enough and trying their best, everyone was young and inexperienced once - most customers forget this.
Decided to go to KFC for Tea as was hot we ordered the meal and eaten in and it was brought to us in 15 mins so good very hot had two cups of tea it was lovely and it was nice to sit in clean friendly and tidy x
Nice clean fresh site. Ate in. Had to wait for it a bit but food was hot and tasty. Staff were apologetic and brought food to our table. Self serve touch screens all actually worked fine and got a receipt out of one too, shook. Had a KFC in Longbridge before this and it was tough, oily, warm and tasteless. Almost put me off for life (...almost😉)

I usually hate KFC in london cos it’s flavourless and oily. I was here to charge my car and just had to grab some food, Best KFC meal I’ve ever had. Flavour is perfect, breading amazing and really well cooked.
