Visited the store this evening to get jewellery for my sons wedding. I want to thank Sandra Briscomb for her help and patience this evening. Nothing was to much trouble. Always find the staff in Craigavon helpful but this lady was outstanding.
My wife loves Debenhams, they have a wide range of styles and prices depending on the occasion. She found a lovely everyday coat at a great price in the sale. She's well chuffed, and I'm delighted at the price! Winner winner!
Something for everyone and some good bargains to pick up during sales events. Always time for a coffee although service can be slow. More staff to clear up and serve would help to speed thing up.
Was in a few weeks back to buy a pair of boots and Carrin and another lady stopped what they were doing to offer me help. Very very pleased with how helpful they were and Carrin told me about a deal that was on. Happy customer
Typical of a department store such as I used to manage....clean, tidy and staff well presented....lovely restaurant serving excellent breakfasts and tea,coffee...excellent shopping...have a good selection of product...i recommend this to any discerning shopper..!!

Not as many deal's as in the past but great quality in all departments well worth a visit and you never know what you might find at bargain prices
