Mcdonalds Cranbourne North

I ordered a Double Big Mac meal through drive through and instead they gave me a normal Big Mac . I didn’t have time to go back and complain so I decided to go back a few days later and tell them about it . They didn’t provide any vouchers or anything for my trouble and didn’t even upgrade my Big Mac meal to a double Big Mac meal which was the least they could of done . Manager was horrible , refused to give me her name and made all the other customers wait in the long car queue because she refused to upgrade my order. Shame on this franchise for being so rude to its customers . Never going back there again .

Ordered a triple cheese burger with no onion and the little c#@+s put onion on every layer which melted into the cheese so I couldn't even scrape it off, had to throw the whole burger out. Obviously done on purpose because the onion usually only goes on top. Do Not go here if you have food allergies because they will put you in hospital

Went through drive through and ordered a large meal and a medium meal. Both drinks were at least 30% from the top. The sweet and sour sauce that was ordered and paid for was not supplied. Also ordered 2 flavours of frozen fanta and only got the 1 flavour. Quality was good, but their diligence to getting the order right was substandard.
