Pizza Hut Cranbrook

I find that they have Greasy Pizza. If I put in an order they won't deliver to us but if my husband orders they will, we live in town, they will also deliver to our neighbors. The last time I ordered they said my phone number was not a real number. I don't usually order here but we had company and that what they wanted. 2 for 1 is better and about the same price.

Absolutely horrific. Gave our pizza to the wrong people. Made the people come back. He brought out pizzas back and picked up his own. Made us wait in the car while they "Made us new pizza" but when we got home we realized that they just reheated the pizza they wrongfully gave to the other person, as it was completely burnt, hard and inedible. Forget the fact that we are dealing with covid right now, you cannot Absolutely do that at any restaurant. You can't reheat food and give it to someone else once it's left the establishment. I am so appalled and will never return.

Ordered pizza and wings tonight. Food came 15 minutes later than their app said it would and the wings were wrong. When I called to complain they put me on hold to confirm order details and then said they would remake the proper wings and to make sure I give the wrong wings back as if this was some kind of scam. They are the ones that made the mistake. Absolutely did not care, did not apologize. Not my first problem ordering from them and I will not order from them again.

Worse common sense customer service ever. They wouldnt do a half and half pizza because it would.cost more for the special. I asked for 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni. That cost more to do.... So i then asked for a pepperoni pizza but don't put on the other half... no, that costs more. I littetally offered to buy a pizza and only use half the ingredients. Common sense is dead

Me and my buddy ordered a pizza and immediately threw up after. Most likely by accident but the reason for the one star review is that we called after and they didn’t do anything about it, just saying that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the pizza and said it was probably nothing. but we have never in our lives felt like that after eating. Not returning.

I came at 10:30pm in store to order pizza date June 14, 2022.They did not take my order said that our kitchen is closed and can’t make it when the store closes at 11pm. I took my business to panago instead great service I recommend you to go somewhere else don’t waste time and money going to pizza hut.
