Review Apicius - Cranbrook

Annabel Becker
Delightful little restaurant with a delicious, considered menu and warm and friendly service. We had a lovely evening celebrating my mum's birthday! Highly recommend.

Apicius is my "go to" place for special occasions. Anniversaries or having my Mum over, I always know the menu will be superb and the service exactly how i like it, friendly but professional. Tims' mix of small or large plates mean I can really indulge and his desserts are always well crafted with superb flavours. Cant wait for my next visit.

This place is something special. Food created by Tim a culinary genius. Front of house is Fay whose unique charm and wit make every visit memorable.

Delightful food. Concise menu as a small place though all good. Dessert wines a highlight. Very pleased to see the return of such good food to the area. Venez nombreux!

The halibut was one of the most memorable dishes of my life and i am normally a red meat fan. The staff are also super friendly and helpful.

We're very lucky that Tim and Faith decided to open there restaurant in Cranbrook. His skill in the kitchen, her knowledge of viticulture, and their combined palates ensure a fantastic night out for the closet foodie. The food and wine are reasonably priced for their , the cheese plate is the best concieved of any I have eaten, the service warm and attentive, tables airily spaced. The star is well earned.
